GTA 6 pre-load opens on November 12, 2026 at local midnight for digital pre-orders, one week before the game releases on November 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Pre-loading only downloads the game. You won't be able to play until release day, and Rockstar hasn't confirmed the exact unlock minute yet — most coverage expects local midnight on November 19.
GTA 6 is not coming to PC at launch, and no PS4, Xbox One, mobile or Switch 2 version has been announced.
See our release date and pre-load guide for the full details. We'll update it as soon as Rockstar confirms the unlock time and download size.
